Asociación de Museos del Vino de España

The 'Asociación de Museos del Vino de España' (Association of Wine Museums of Spain) encourages member Wine Museums and Thematic Centres to collaborate, cooperate and carry out research in order to promote, disseminate and defend common interests and activities, as well as to promote and disseminate wine culture in general and that of each wine producing region in particular. Established in 2005, the association consolidates the Wine Museums of Spain, dedicated to maintaining this most important cultural and historic heritage alive. These museums offer a magnificent journey through the history of our wines, allowing visitors to experience the essence of traditional winemaking culture and production processes.

Associação das Empresas de Vinho do Porto

The Association of Porto Wine Companies ( 'Associação das Empresas de Vinho do Porto - AEVP ') is a non-profitable organisation, legally constituted in January 1975, with head-office in Vila Nova de Gaia. Its main purpose, constituted in its statutes, consists in the promotion and defense of the Porto Wine industry and commerce.

Consejo Regulador de la Denominaciones de Origen Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Manzanilla-Sanlúcar Bda. y Vinagre de Jerez

The Regulatory Council of the "Jerez-Xérès-Sherry", "Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda" and "Vinagre de Jerez" Denominations of Origin was the first of its kind to be established in accordance with the Spanish wine Law of 1933. It is therefore the oldest wine Regulatory Council in Spain.

Consejo Regulador del Brandy de Jerez

The Regulating Council is the entity responsible for ensuring compliance with the Regulations of the Specific Denomination “Brandy de Jerez”. Regulations of the Denomination set out the norms which must be adhered to by all those firms who wish to produce “Brandy de Jerez” and is approved by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Junta de Andalucia regional government and ratified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

Éduc’alcool

Éduc’alcool is an independent, not-for-profit organization. Its members are parapublic institutions, alcoholic beverage industry associations and individuals from various milieus (public health, education, journalism), who, fully of aware of their social responsibility, implement information, education and prevention programs designed to help young people and adults make enlightened, responsible decisions about drinking. Éduc’alcool’s commitment is accurately reflected in its slogan: La modération a bien meilleur goût / Moderation is always in good taste.

For The Love of Port

Considered one of the leading Port wine authorities and journalists in the United States, in June 2003, Roy was one of just two Americans selected by the Port and Douro Wine Institute (IVDP) to be knighted into their "Confraria" (brotherhood), which was attended by Portuguese President. To honor his oath to the Confraria, Roy began writing a monthly newsletter, For The Love Of Port, in February 2004 and launched www.ftlop.com in mid-2005. His Port loving newsletter recipients hail from 65 countries.

Fundacion Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre

The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation in Jerez de la Frontera is known all over the world thanks to its show entitled "How the Andalusian Horses Dance", a unique exhibition of horsemanship which both exhibits and summarises the work which the institution has carried out since its establishment.

Instituto do Vinho do Douro e Porto

The IVP, by merging with the CIRDD and incorporating the latter’s responsibilities, staff and assets, was transformed into the Porto and Douro Wines Institute (IVDP), an interprofessional public institute in which the boundary between its public and private roles is assured by the way that the respective responsibilities of the Administration and the Interprofessional Council have been allocated.

OIV - International Office of Vine and Wine

The O.I.V is an intergovernmental organisation of a scientific and technical nature or recognised competence for its works concerning vines, wine, wine-based beverages, table grapes, raisins and other vine-based products.

Rutas del Vino y Brandy de Jerez

The Association 'Rutas del Vino y Brandy del Marco de Jerez' was created in 2006 with the purpose of promoting and developing wine turism of the districts included within the 'Denominaciones de Origen Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Manzanilla-Sanlúcar Bda. Y Vinagre de Jerez' and 'Denominacion Especfica Brandy de Jerez.

Sogrape Vinhos, S.A.

Sogrape was created in 1942 by Fernando van Zeller Guedes a driven and determined entrepreneur. Today, the company is run by the third generation of the founding family and owns about 800 hectares of vineyards in the main Portuguese wine-growing regions, in Argentina and New Zealand. ViniPortugal

Created in 1997, ViniPortugal is a trade association whose aim is to promote Portuguese wines, brandies and vinegars on the domestic and target international markets.

Wine in Moderation is the official website of the "Wine in Moderation Programme", an initiative of the European wine sector aimed at promoting moderation and responsibility in wine consumption and contributing towards preventing excessive consumption and misuse of alcoholic beverages in Europe.
